A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Hi there! I am Leah Muller. I became a certified Support Planner in the state of Minnesota in 2021 and started off by following another support planner to gain experience, mentorship, and knowledge of the role. In April of 2022, I branched off and started focusing my efforts on True North Support Planning. You can find my certification and status of good standing on the "Certifications" tab of this website.

Outside of support planning, I work part-time for an amazing non-profit that serves individuals with physical and invisible barriers in a variety of ways. In the past, I have been in various roles, from direct care to management, in order to learn how to best support individuals with disabilities, firsthand. This also allowed me to see where there are gaps as well as opportunities within the community.

I strive to stay up-to-date with policy changes, new services offered to the community, and to learn about how to better serve my clients through continuing education and meetings with the state.

Renewal of Plan

This is for individuals who already have a CDCS Support Plan in place from the previous year and are simply revamping their plan for the upcoming year.

$35 / HOUR

New to CDCS

This is for individuals who are new to CDCS or do not already have an existing Support Plan in place from the previous year.

$40 / HOUR

Obtained through Minnesota DHS in 2021. Please see the images below for a copy of my certification.

Obtained through California State University - Northridge in 2022. With this certification, I am able to provide assistive technology assessments and compile recommendations of items to make the client's life easier and allow for more independence.

Obtained through Special Strong and National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I am certified as an adaptive personal trainer on levels 1, 2, and 3.
